New District-Wide Bullying Prevention Form Available

In a continuing effort to prevent bullying and quickly deal with any bullying that occurs, Forest Lake Area Schools has launched a new district-wide procedure for identifying and reporting bullying behavior. If you believe that your child, or a student you know is being bullied, please fill out this Bullying Reporting Form. The form can be filled out online, but must be printed and signed before it is turned in at any school office in the district. Paper copies of the form are also available at each school building and the Community Education office. For more information about bullying prevention in Forest Lake Area Schools, visit the bullying resource page here.
Forest Lake Ski Swap October 29

The Forest Lake Alpine Ski Team is holding its annual Ski/Snowboard Sale and Swap October 29 at the Forest Lake High School Field House (Door 9), 8am – 1pm. Area skiers will once again find great deals on new and used snowboards, downhill and cross country skis, snow shoes, ski boots, and ski equipment/clothing. Admission is free. Payment is by check or cash only.

Selling Your Used Equipment: Anyone wishing to sell used equipment may check it in on Friday, Oct. 28, from 5-8pm at Forest Lake High School, Door 9. Booster Club members will be available to assist with check in and to answer questions. The fee to sell equipment is $5 per person due at check-in, plus a 15% commission on sold equipment. Unsold items must be picked up on Saturday, Oct. 29, between 2pm and 4pm or they will be considered donations. Checks for sold equipment will be mailed to sellers.

Proceeds from the event support the Forest Lake High School Alpine Ski Team. For more information, contact Susan Rodsjo at 651-233-0267, or visit

Update Contact Information

If you have changed your home, cell or work telephone numbers or email address, please call the school office at 651-982-8200 as soon as possible. It is very important that this information is current in our system. If your student lives in two households, each household should have their contact information separate.

Forest View Elementary has gone electronic with our weekly newsletter, called the BUZZ.  If you aren't receiving this via e-mail, please contact to get on-line with the latest upcoming events and news!
