If your child will need transportation from a stop other than your home, a Transportation Change Form needs to be completed each year. You may request a form from the school office at any time by calling 651-982-8200.
If you have changed your home, cell or work telephone numbers or email address, please call the school office at 651-982-8200 as soon as possible.
